By the Grace of Allah (SWT) we will have several activities and programs during the blessed month of Ramadan Insha'Allah.

Tarawee during 1st 10 days:
10:00pm Adhan
10:05pm Salat-ul-Isha'
10:15pm Salat-ul-Tarawee

Alhumdullilah the Newkirk Musallah is offering regular programs for brothers, sisters, and youth.

Adult Sisters Program

Every 1st Sunday of the month starting after dhur salah (1:30pm). This is for sisters only and consists of a 30 minute bayaan/lecture followed by 30 minutes of question and answer (Q&A) Insha'Allah. Please join the sisters and request your friends and family to also attend and benefit Insha'Allah.

Sisters Youth Program

Every 3rd Sunday of the month starting after dhur salah (1:30pm). This is for teenaged sisters only and consists of a 30 minute bayaan/lecture followed by 30 minutes of question and answer (Q&A) Insha'Allah. Please join the sisters and request your friends and family to also attend and benefit Insha'Allah.

Brothers Youth Program

Every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month starting after dhur salah (1:30pm). This is geared towards teenaged boys. The sessions offer a unique interactive approach with contemporary topics discussed with respect to modern application. Please bring your youth, and request them to bring their friends so they can all benefit from each others experiences Insha'Allah.

Qur'an Classes for Children

These classes are for children generally from 4 - 14 years of age. Both boys and girls are accomodated with separate male and female teachers. Classes are held every Sunday 11:30am - 1:30pm and Mondays and Wednesdays 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Qur'anic Learning Lessons

All classes after salat-ul-Maghrib. Hadeeth on Tuesdays. Tajweed on Thursdays. Tafseer on Saturdays.

We have qualified and experienced counsellors availble by appointment.  Our counsellors specialize in:

1. Family Counselling
2. Youth Counselling
3. Marriage Preparation Counselling

We are pleased to inform you that Janab Qari Muzzamil Sahib will be holding Quran recitation/Tajwee classes every Friday from 5 - 7PM.

Qari Muzzamil has won first prize at various international Qirat/Tajweed competitions held in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iran and Malaysia.

Brothers and sisters are welcome.
